Privacy & data handling

What we collect, and what we do with your book of business.

Two separate questions, answered separately: what this website measures about visitors, and what happens to a client’s commercial data during an engagement. The second one is the one that matters commercially.

Client data — the commitment that matters

Your contract register, your bill rates and your win history are used only to build your pages. They are never shared with another client, never aggregated into a benchmark, and never visible outside the people you authorize.

This is not a preference, it is how the product is built. Every client market is assembled and served separately. There is no pooled rate benchmark, no cross-client index, and no dataset that would be worth more if it contained two agencies’ numbers at once.

Facility records, licensure files, federal filings and publicly advertised job postings are common market information — anyone can obtain them and every client sees the same underlying layer. Your book of business is not that, and is treated differently.

Employee rosters uploaded for workforce mapping are read in your own browser and reduced to city, ZIP and role before anything is stored. Names, street addresses and dates of birth are discarded and never reach a published page. Small ZIP-level counts are suppressed so an individual cannot be identified.

What this website measures

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and whether the film gets watched. That service sets cookies in your browser. If you follow a link from an email we sent you, that link may carry a short tag identifying which outreach it came from, so we can tell whether it was useful.

We do not sell visitor data, run advertising pixels on this site, or attempt to identify individual visitors beyond the email-link tag described above. You can block all of it with any standard content blocker or by declining cookies in your browser, and the site works normally without it.

Email and enquiries

If you email us, that email lives in a Microsoft 365 mailbox and is used to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. It is not added to a marketing list — there is no marketing list.

Asking about your data

Write to kevin@connollyworks.com and ask what is held, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Client commercial data is returned or destroyed at the end of an engagement on request.

Standing behind it. The confidentiality commitment above is also written into the client agreement, which is where it counts. If you are evaluating demandPILOT and your lawyer wants to read that clause before you upload anything, ask and it will be sent.
