Connolly Works is Kevin Connolly. The work is fractional sales leadership — sales process, territory planning, CRM adoption, coaching, proposal and RFP production, and the operating documents that keep a sales team consistent after the consultant leaves.
It is deliberately a small practice. A handful of engagements at a time, each deep enough to change how a company sells rather than broad enough to look impressive on a website.
Every method sold here was built inside a real engagement first, then made reusable. None of it started as a framework.
A staffing client needed to know which facilities in their territory were worth calling. The honest answer was that nobody knew — not them, not their competitors. Reps were building lists by hand from job boards and last week’s calls, losing most of a week to it, and starting every conversation knowing a name and an address.
The facility data existed. State licensure files, federal CMS records, OSHA filings, public job postings — all of it public, none of it assembled. demandPILOT is that assembly, built for one branch at a time: every facility inside a real drive time, ranked by who is actually short of people, with competitor pay and the client’s own contracts laid over the top.
It is now running across ten market builds in medical and light industrial.
Engagements are fixed-scope or a standing weekly retainer, not hourly. demandPILOT is licensed per market per month, never per seat, with the market build quoted separately. Both are on the consulting page and the pricing section respectively, and neither requires the other.
Connolly Works LLC is a Florida limited liability company. demandPILOT™, towerPILOT™ and the PILOT family of marks are its property. Client contract registers, bill rates and win histories handled during any engagement are covered by the terms on the data-handling page — in short, they are used to do the client’s work and nothing else.
