After you sign

What happens once you say yes.

Your territory is standing the day you sign. There is nothing to install, nobody to train for a week, and no project.

This page is here because “what actually happens after I pay you” is a fair question that most software answers with a welcome video. Here is the real answer, in the order you will live it.

What arrives

All of it the same day, in one email. Nothing is shipped, licensed, provisioned or scheduled.

Your markets, already built Every licensed facility inside a measured 75-minute drive of each of your offices, ranked by who is actually short of people.Live when you sign
Your sign-in Your own work email and a six-digit code. No password to invent, remember or reset. Owner only — see below
Taking Off — your training Two short guides. One for whoever runs the agency, one for anybody who works a desk. They do not overlap. Both open below
Two printable one-pagers The same two guides on one page each, for printing or handing to somebody on their first morning.PDF
Three templates Your contract register, your staff roster by ZIP code, your last ten orders won. Each opens with a sheet explaining every column. All three optional
Everybody at your agency There are no seats to count and no licenses to hand out. The price does not move when you hire.Included at every level

Those are the real guides, not samples. You can read what your people will be handed before you decide anything.

Then the first week, in order

1

Ten minutes · once

Before your first Monday

Two things, and only one of them matters.

  • Open your console and look at it cold. Not to do anything — to check it against ground you already know. If a building you know well is near the top, the rest of the list has earned your trust. If one looks wrong, say so and we will show you the public filing it came from.
  • Add your people. Names and work emails. They do not need accounts to receive a list, so this is really just so their name appears when you choose who to send to.
2

Four minutes · every Monday

The only thing you have to do

Your console is already sorted when you open it. The job is reading the top of it and saying something.

  • Read the top. Ignore the rest. The buildings at the top are short of the staffing their own residents need and advertising nothing — so nobody working from job boards can see them.
  • Tick what you want worked, and write one line. “Jim, these four are all new since last Monday — get me a meeting with the director of nursing.” That sentence is the point of the whole product, and it is the part of running a sales week you never get to do, because by the time a report reaches you the week is over.
  • Press send. Done until next Monday.
3

A link · no password, nothing installed

Your reps’ first morning

A message lands — email, text or Slack, whatever you already run on. The link opens their own page.

  • They do not sign in to anything. No account, no app, no adoption. If you hire somebody on Thursday they are working a list on Thursday.
  • Your note is at the top, with the reason each account came up still attached. They are not handed a list of names with no story.
  • It takes a rep about ten minutes to learn, once. And less after that. If a tool needs a training course, it is the wrong tool.
4

Nothing · it happens without you

Sunday night

The territory is read again, every week, by itself.

  • Who started advertising, and who stopped. A building that went quiet is often one that gave up filling the job itself — a reason to call, not a reason to skip it.
  • Who got their staffing back, and who slipped. Monday is a different page. That is the entire argument for the product, and it is the thing a report about last month can never do.
  • Nobody at your agency does anything to make that happen. No refresh to run, no import, no maintenance and no administrator.

How we help, in plain terms

Your pages are standing when you sign — setting up a territory is collating records we already hold around your own drive times, not a build. We hold the federal nursing payroll filing for all fifty states and 14,487 nursing homes.

If something looks wrong on a row, that is our problem, not yours. Every number traces back to a published filing and we can show you which one. A row that does not match what you know about your own ground is worth ten minutes of our time.

There is one person behind this product and he answers his own phone. You are not a ticket in a queue and there is no support tier. Write or call — weekdays you will hear back the same day.

What we do not do

We do not run your desks, hold your candidates, or ask you to move anything into a new system. demandPILOT answers one question — which buildings are worth the call this week — and hands the list to whatever you already use.

If you want somebody actually working alongside your team, that is the consulting practice, and it is priced and bought separately.

Look before you decide.

A live territory is open to anyone right now — no sign-in, nothing asked. The guides above are the real ones. The price for your own ground takes eight questions and nobody calls you to get it.
