Auto-Pilot

Fly the demandPILOT route yourself, at your own desk.

Auto-Pilot is the self-guided route: look at a live territory, price your own market and get a quote, review the agreement, set up the account and onboard your people, start to finish. No sales call needed.

If you would rather be walked through it instead, that is twenty minutes whenever suits you. The call is offered at every step and required at none.

1

See it first

Open a live territory as the owner and judge it against a market you already know. No sign-in, no form, nothing typed in.

The market platform opens on This week — the prioritized list for the market, which you can tick into a target list and download as a spreadsheet, a call sheet or a file for your CRM. Six tabs sit along the top, and every one of them is live in the demo:

  • Facilities — every facility in the territory, ranked by demand signal
  • Towns — the same facilities organized by town
  • Competition — which agencies are posting in your market, and what they are paying
  • Rates — a bill-rate model off published pay, by role, against your target margin
  • Contracts — where the accounts you already hold sit, and which facilities near them are buying agency and hiring
  • Your staff — where your own people live, against where the demand is

Check in

When you are ready to board. Today this stage is a short exchange with us rather than a button, and it takes about a day:

  • Sign the agreement. The order form comes with your quote. Send it back signed, in whatever your own business already uses.
  • Set your preferences. Which markets, how your desks are built, who sees what.
  • Set up payment. Billed monthly, by invoice, stop any month and it stops.
  • Add your people. Names and work emails — no seats to count, everyone at your agency is included.
  • Send your documents. Your contract register, your staff roster and your last ten orders won. Each template below opens with a sheet explaining what every column is for and why we ask — and nothing in them is required to start.

Your first flight plan

Your first Manager Console arrives. You tick the accounts you want worked, write one line in your own words, and press send — and your reps see it on their own desks the same morning.

  • Each person gets a link and a one-time code. Nothing to install, nothing to adopt.
  • Your note lands at the top of their week with the reason each account came up still attached to it.
  • Next Sunday night the territory is read again, and Monday is a different page.

Then you are in flight.

Start with a market you already know cold.

Upstate New York and Pennsylvania are open to anyone right now — no sign-in, nothing asked. Open the one nearest to ground you know and see whether the list is right. Then tell us where your own desks drive, and yours is on your screen the same week.
