demandPILOT is a territory-intelligence tool for staffing agency owners: it shows which facilities in your market already buy agency staff, which are short-handed, and which are advertising this week. What it is, and a week of using it →
Pricing works on one rule. You pay for the territory, not for the people. A region costs what it costs whether three people at your agency use it or thirty, because the work on our side is carving and refreshing the territory — that does not get harder when you hire a recruiter. Four sizes: one market $500, a state $900, a region $1,500, all nine regions $3,600.
A region is priced on the size of the territory, not the size of your team. Every person at your agency gets in — there are no seats to count. There is no exclusivity to buy either, because we do not hold markets back.
A single drive-time territory, read every week.
Every territory in one state, worked as one desk.
A whole multi-state region. The nine are listed below.
Every nursing home in America, every region, one price.
The share column is that region’s slice of all the nursing hours bought from staffing agencies in America last quarter — the size of the prize, from the facilities’ own federal filings.

Read the last two rows together. demandPILOT is not a contact database — if what you need is ten thousand email addresses, buy Apollo, it is $595 and it is very good at that. What demandPILOT is for is knowing which buildings are worth the call, and nothing else on this table answers that from the facility’s own filings. A blank means the vendor makes no such claim on its own site; it does not mean we tested it and it failed.
What the others cost, for a five-person agency. Apollo.io Organization $595 · LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced $750 · myScout Pro $995 · myScout Signature $1,495 · Cognism ~$2,730 · ZoomInfo ~$2,790 · Definitive Healthcare ~$4,170 · Trella Health does not publish a price. Apollo, Sales Navigator and myScout publish theirs; those are five seats at the published rate. ZoomInfo, Cognism and Definitive publish nothing — those are the median contract actually paid, from Vendr’s aggregated contract data read September 2026 (n=1,573, 94 and 33 respectively), divided by twelve.
No, and you cannot. We do not hold territories back for anyone, so nobody has to pay to stop a competitor buying the same region. The data is public either way — what you are buying is that it is already carved, already read and already sorted.
Say so and we carve it, usually in about a week. The underlying federal filing covers all fifty states and 14,487 nursing homes — we already hold it, so a new region needs the drive-time carve, not the data. New Jersey, Delaware and all six New England states went live in a single afternoon.
Yes, and every step up is cheaper per territory than the one below it. Start with the one city your desks cover at $500, take the whole state at $900, take the region at $1,500. The second region is $1,200, and all nine is $3,600 — less than four regions bought separately.
No. Billed monthly, no annual prepay, no contract to escape — stop any month and it stops. The one exception is the $1,500 setup fee, which we waive if you sign a twelve-month agreement; take the monthly and you simply pay it once up front.
The intake form puts it on the screen. Eight questions, and by the fourth you are looking at your own territory with real numbers in it — the price comes right after that, with nobody calling you.
Eight questions, fifteen minutes, no card and no call.
Eight questions and you are looking at it — or twenty minutes on a screen share, on a market you already know, and judge it against what you know.
