Taking Off · training

Taking Off is your training. Here it is.

Two guides. One for whoever runs the agency, one for anybody who works a desk. Read the one that is yours and skip the other — they do not overlap.

Taking Off is what we call getting a new agency flying: the short version of how the week works, in the order you will live it. There is no course and no certification. If a tool needs those, it is the wrong tool.

1

What you already have

Nothing to install, by anybody

There is no software to put on a machine and no app to approve. Everything is a web page, and the people who work your lists never sign in to anything at all.

  • Whoever runs the agency signs in. Your own email address, and a six-digit code sent to it. No password to invent, remember or reset. That sign-in opens your markets and this training.
  • Everybody else gets a link. When you send your week out, each person gets a message with a link in it. The link opens their own list. Nothing to install, nothing to join, nothing to adopt.
  • It works on a phone. A rep sitting outside a building can open their list, read the reason a facility came up and mark it called, without going back to a laptop.
2

Optional · sharpens it, never required

Your three files

demandPILOT works on public records from the first day, with nothing from you. Three files make it sharper, and each one is optional. Nothing waits on them.

  • Your contract register. The facilities you already hold. It marks your own accounts on the map, which turns on the two strongest reasons to call — buildings next door to one you already staff, and accounts of yours that are quietly buying from somebody else as well.
  • Your staff roster, by ZIP code. Where your own people actually live. Only the ZIP codes — no names and no pay. It shows you where your demand sits against where your supply sleeps, so you stop selling into ground you cannot cover.
  • Your last ten orders won. What you charged and what you paid. It calibrates the rate model to your real margin instead of a market average.

Each template opens with a sheet explaining what every column is for and why we ask for it. Your register, your rates and your win history do your work and nothing else — never shared with another client, never pooled into a benchmark, never visible outside the people you name.

3

Two minutes

Getting the rest of your people on

There are no seats to count and no licenses to allocate. Everyone at your agency is included at every price.

  • Send us names and work emails. Or add them yourself from your console. That is the whole of it.
  • They do not need an account to work a list. Only the person who sends the week out signs in. Anybody receiving a list just opens their link.
  • Send them this page. The desk guide is open on a link so you can forward it to a new hire on their first morning without setting anything up for them first.
